Pat was born and raised in northern Maine, where he played several sports growing up. Interested in fitness throughout high school, at 18 he began the personal training certification process at the University of Maine and never looked back. After 14 years and becoming proficient in a variety of fitness training styles, his favorite methods are geared toward long-term health, which include reteaching/enforcing motor mechanics & strengthening full range of motion (strength at length!). Pat loves to help those with unusual cases of chronic pain due to injuries, accidents, birth defects and surgeries that have altered or hindered healthy motor patterns in daily life or exercise.
