For four years, Chris led Cutz training as a Fitness Director and a  Personal Trainer. His main focus is to help teach adults to live a healthy and sustainable lifestyle. With his training style you’ll be able to build confidence, learn more about nutrition, and gain lifelong fitness skills. His main philosophy is to create better habits and build a better mindset for long-term success.
