Bill is a personal trainer and fitness coach with a passion for bodywork and healthy living. His focus is on people with postural issues, injuries, and chronic pain, and discomforts. His emphasis is on improving posture, strengthening core, and teaching proper recruitment of muscles to correct imbalances, restore proper range of motion, reduce or remove pain, and increase strength and endurance. Each client gets a personalized, whole body program, which includes exercising and education on the benefits of a healthy, balanced lifestyle. Rather than treating just symptoms, Bill uses a deep holistic approach that sees each person as a whole to restore optimal health and well-being.
