Anthony started training people 15 years ago in Illinois while finishing his minor in kinesiology in 2011. Moving to the Bay, Anthony wanted to help change the lives of its residents – both physically and mentally – through the gift of fitness. In the past 15 years he has worked with people from all aspects of life. He’s worked with recreational athletes, single parents, CEO's, professional athletes, dancers, cyclists, runners and more. Regardless of clientele, Anthony has trained them. Anthony specializes in Strength and Conditioning, plyometrics, bodybuilding, speed & agility, kettlebell training, and Olympic Lifting.
